UPDATE 4 YRS LATER

WELCOME BACK to our lives.  LOL......  I know it has been over four years since I have written anything on this blog, and I am sure that you all have been sooooooooo sad!  ;o)  I will try to update you best I can on our lives.. Last July, Taci our now 8 yr old  was baptised and it was a wonderful day. Our family was able to sneak in a quick picture!!  She has such a spirit and is a great kid. Anyway,  Not alot has changed, just getting alot older. So I will share a few family pics I can find

Our Life consists of Church Activities, Family Fun, and Dance.......... more church and more Dance and Lots of Fun. We are a very active family, with Seven children, there is never a dull or quiet moment. I am hoping to take the time to work on this blog more often to share our lives with friends and family. Last thanksgiving the Smith clan was all together, for the first time in quite awhile. It was fun to have everyone there and we had a great time.We even got to sneak Grandma Smith in there.

Chasco Parade is another big day for the Nick Smith family!!! the world stops for that day.  Its a time for us to just sit relax, and enjoy a few hours together as a family. We have alot of fun.  We usually set up a big area, a day in advance to "secure" our spot. Invite friends to come join us.

We are going to be expanding our family by two feet....  NO I AM NOT PREGNANT!!  ;o) Tia, our oldest, Has been dating this cute boy named Kevin Boulton... and so on Oct 20, 2012 we will be adding a son-in-law.  it is a exciting, stressful time.  Lots of planning, lots of fun!  She is sooo happy and I am excited for her to start her new life. to watch her learn and grow as a wife and mother someday.

He fits into our crazy family just fine.  He is not used to all of our screaming happy girls. He comes from a family of all boys.  But Taz is excited to be getting a brother. And they get along great

Like I said.... Our family = on crazy bunch. Never a dull moment.  I am soooo thankful for such wonderful kids and a great husband. SO much fun to be the MOMMY in this family!!!

This is Us!!! We are one BIG happy family, LOL... When you can get us actually all sitting together. Not screaming, fighing who gets to sit by mom...... Ok so I feel loved. But I am going deaf because I hear Mom 5,000 times a day!

I love being a mom and think my kids are great. Each one has their own personality, and without each and everyone one of them our family wouldn't be complete!

This picture was taken on Easter Sunday. Outside of the Church building. It has become a tradition to take a family photo every year on Easter. We do love being together, we spend lots of time together. lots and lots, almost to much, ;o)

We made the choice to homeschool our Kids when Tia was young. What a difficult decision that was. But for our family it was the right one. I am so proud of the way my children are growing up. the are individuals and they really shine!!!

I am not really sure what a blog is or what you are supposed to do with it. This is my first attempt at this. It looks fun. Maybe I will let you get to know each of my kids a little better!!

This is Tia! She is now 16. What a fun girl she is. She is my dance diva.She loves loves loves DANCE!! Right now she is taking Jazz, Lyrical, Modern, Hip Hop, and her favorite Tap( until this year when we had to switch studios ) She also is in a Hawaiian group that does shows. And she does Mid-eastern also.

She loves church, YW, semenary, the computer and she loves talking on her phone to her friends. Oh and she loves to sleep....

We just got started putting braces on her. (long story) but they are there, and hopefully the problem will correct itself! She still looks absolutely beautiful!! I am so jealous. I love her alot, she is my sounding board... and pretty much my best friend. Sshe helps with the kids and complains about it but that wouldn't be Tia if she was not loud.... and actually did things willing. SHE IS A TRUE TEENAGER!!

Ok what do I say about my Son, the one and only TAZ!! He is 14..... Ok I love this kid. He is my soft sweet boy!! What a wonderful, giving person he is. I love spending time with him. He loves to breakdance, (loved tap till we switched studios, long story)He loves Karate with Ms. Candia. He loves creating things. His new found love is Spray Paint Art. He is amazing. He watches on the computer how it is done, and spends hours outside creating these masterpieces. I am so shocked that he is so good. He works at his grandpas farm to earn money to support his habit. He has talent. He loves the gospel. and is a GOOD kid! I don't know what I would do without him!!

This is Tara Rachel. She is my leftie!! she has such a creative brain. She thinks totally different than the rest of the family. But I love her. She is quiet, timid, shy, to almost anyone she doesn't know. She is smart, and a thinker. She just gets things. She loves to stay busy, and works hard for her dad. I say that because she loves to make him proud. She loves dancing. She was doing hawaiian, and Tap at the old studio, Wow was she amazing. The tap teacher loved her, she just GOT IT!! she has natural rythmn. She now takes ballet for the first time. ( no more tap, LOL same long story ) But her new teacher said the same thing about her... She has a beautiful voice too if she would share it. I see a different side of Tara at home. because she is comfortable. Some personality traits that are better not discussed, LOL.....She is a good kid and growing up way to fast. She loves primary still ( amazing huh ) but She will be 12 in July. and is looking so forward to YW at church. I love my Tara Smith Rachel Smith Blonde.........

Tessa Rae of Sunshine! My 9 yr old! She is a spirited kid. We is the energizer bunny!! cause she keeps going and going!! Her new Nickname is Gumby.... She is so limber. she can wrap her legs around her head, and do the splits. She is a total goof ball!!! Guess what, she loves dance too!! She takes ballet and Hip hop at the studio.... ( NO TAP, same long story). She is always wiggling, and telling all kinds of stories. Her primary teacher looks forward to her weekly updates because she never stops talking. At home is is my little helper. She knows I need help, so she helps when she can without complaining, She knows I like willing helpers. She plays with her baby sister alot. SHe is going to be a good mommy someday! She loves just being a kid. playing outside, swinging on the swings, andsinging!!! boy does this girl sing all the time. and dances around. Always making up routines to show me. She reminds me alot of myself when I was young..... a free spirited kid!!

Torri Debroah. What a independent kid she is. She will be 8 this year. She is already looking forward to her birthday, and her baptism... (in December). She has the funniest way of disapearing when there is something to do like pick up her room, dishes etc...... BUT.....She is a good girl . She is not afraid of trying new things. She does take dance, not sure if she really likes it, but she does it for now till she finds something she wants to do. She will cry at the drop of a hat... Her big blue eyes will get to you every time. She loves speding time with her cousins her age. (boys I might add) Torri is so fun to have around, except for when she disapears......................

Taci MARIE..... don't let that smile fool you. Taci thinks she runs the house. her smile will melt your heart though. She wants to be as big as her sisters.......and tries everything to tease them. I love the little squirt . Let me tell you about her hair. WILD WILD WILD..... I never can leave the house without a million kisses then hugs, then more kisses. Very persistant and never forgets anything. She dances also. She is in Jazz and Tap... she waits and asks everyday if today is her dance day She will be 5 in July. She loves to watch her shows on tv. and cries if someone doesn't let her watch them in a certain order.. She is my special kid. I love her even if sometimes she frustrates me. She is so demanding...... but that could be a good quality someday. I HOPE!!!

What do I say about my baby Tylee... She is almost 2 yrs old. She is my special Baby Love!!! So beautiful, and fun to have around. She loves all the attention she gets from her brother and sisters. She loves to say hello to everyone. SHe has such a sweet heavenly spirit about her, I feel mother alot with her. I know in heaven they spent time together. I love cuddling up to her and just being near her. It gives me comfort that everything is ok..... She is so cute now she is starting to talk. She sings I am a child of God all the time, in her own little way. She dances all over the house when you play music. To look at her and know she is the end... I am thankful she was saved for last.

that is my kids for you!! So different but yet the same because they have each other! I love them!!
